About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution ConsultantIn this role, you will:
- Conduct assessments and analysis of basic business or operational outcomes, systems of record, technical assignments, documentation, procedures, or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives exercise independent judgment to guide completion of medium risk deliverables
- Review invoices against the forecast provided by the service provider and reviewed by finance subject matter experts You will highlight any potential discrepancies and provide a description of the finding and engage in additional research and studies to enhance regulatory knowledge
- Oversee shared mailboxes to ensure invoices are distributed appropriately.
- Participate in forecast discussions and forecasting exercises
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Participate in cross-organizational or internal operational initiatives and improvement efforts
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence and guide less experienced Execution staff within the group.
Required Qualifications:
- Overall 6+ years of work experience in Business Execution, with minimum 2+ years of risk management, business control, service provider management, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- MS Applications including (Outlook PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Word, SharePoint)- Excel - creating basic formulas and doing basic tracking - building reports
- -Word- Advanced level
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency
- Experience in resolving and working through escalated and complex issue.
