- Understand in depth the Design & engineering aspects of Mechanical, Civil & structurals, slurry piping systems for the Grinding unit, Evaporation unit (Pressure vessels as per ASME SEC VII Div.
- Filtration & Calcination unit for Metal/ Mining Refinery Plants, Oil & Gas application, refineries, Petrochemical/fertilizer complexes and power plants as per the client's specification for manufacturing of heavy equipment's and its steel structures - Research and analyse customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications
- Effectively coordinate the new designs and changes between Zetwerk, the Engineering partner and PMC
- Drive the in-time completion of engineering aspects of the project to ensure timely delivery of the engineering outputs
- Reviewing design and drawings along with specification requirements and Inter-disciplinary reviews
- Submission and resubmit of design and drawings along with compliance sheet to the client, getting the approval, and issuing GFC to the site team
- Documenting Interdisciplinary and client-commented drawings and client-commented letters
- Regular follow-up with engineering consultant and getting the deliverables on time
- Studying and analysing structural & architectural drawings.
- Review the BOQ variance sheet and update the actuals committed and uncommitted cost is identified on a fortnight basis
- Coordinating with mechanical, electrical, piping, process and instrumentation departments
- Review of Refractory Design and its applications
- Meeting clients and consultants for design reviews and approval
- Adopt project management tools and techniques in monitoring and tracking the complete projects wrt engineering
- Attend weekly / FRM / project review meetings with top management
Skills: -
- Knowledge of the relevant codes like API650,620,520&521 etc.
& standards applicable to the Oil& Gas sector (IBR etc) - ASME/ASTM standard-like design of Pressure vessels as per ASME SEC VIII, DIV 1
- Working experience in the latest software like AutoCAD, Civil 3d, Staad pro, Gstar CADD, Safe foundation, Tekla, Ceaser II, PDMS E3d, Navis freedom etc,
- Qualification: BE/M.
E Any specialisation in Mechanical Engineering - Total experience between 5-10 Yrs
