Job Description : Location- Mumbai/Kolkata Budget- 16LPA NP- Only Immediate joinersSkills Required : Toolsets (Zabbix, Nagios) ServiceDesk (OpsGenie, JiraServiceDesk) AWS Cloud Docker, Cloud advanced (AWS) Windows, Linux & container environments Bitbucket / GitLab Jenkins CI-CD Jira IAC & Scripting - Terraform Yaml, json, Shell, Powershell scripts Containers - Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift Monitoring Tools - Grafana, Prometheus, Cloudwatch, Stackify, DatadogJob Responsibilities: Yrs of Exp-7 to 8 Must Have o Agile - Should be able to support on Devops related requirement gathering, planning & Implementations o CI - Should have worked on Build setup, Pipeline creation, Secrets management & Notification o CD - Should have worked on deployment to webservers, containers, Kubernetes Worked on Blue-Green deployments o SCM - Should have handled repositories o Scripting - Should have right shift approach to automate using the shell, powershell, groovy scripting.
o Infra as Code - Should have hands-on in terraform / Cloudformation o AWS - Should have worked on Autoscaling integration and other advanced functionalities o Hands on with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, VM Ware, AWS, Open Stack, Red Hat Satellite, Ansible o Remote troubleshooting experience Hands on knowledge on Monitoring tools Zabbix, Nagios, OpsGenie, JiraServiceDeskNet Core 2+ o Strong Windows System administration skills: Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 o Sound knowledge on Microsoft Windows services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, WDS, WSUS, etc o Jenkins, Git workflow, o MySql SQL Server MongoDB Good to have o Understanding of ServiceDesk, SLA metrics, Strong working knowledge on ITIL (Change, Incident & Problem Management) o Good understanding and knowledge in lifecycle of Events/Alerts, Incidents and Processes/Procedures o Good experience in using ITSM Tools like OpsGenie/ServiceDesk/Service NOW for incident/request management o Follow SOP's, runbooks to troubleshoot and/or resolve alerts/incidents etc.
