Job Summary Lead - Finance & Accounts/Senior Lead - Finance & Accounts Job Purpose 'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd' Job Duties & Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities - Accounting and reporting of both rewards and voucher points program.

Provision accounting of both rewards and vouchers for various lines of business Preparation of monthly Financials review wrt to income recognition payable and receivables .

Rewards and Vouchers Reconciliation process set up Assistance to Taxation team for TDS deduction on rewards and voucher redemption Settlement Process and its accounting.

Assist in Regulatory reporting related to rewards redemption in 3 in 1 application Analysis for Statutory/ Internal/ RBI Audit .

Liaising with various internal departments wrt to reporting requirement new developments process improvement etcRequired Qualifications and Experience Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of experience or Inter CA with relevant experience Hands on experience of Finance & Accounts.

Excellent Excel proficiency Analytical ability
