The Full Stack Developer will be a key member of the Network Automation Team at GSK, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications that interface with network automation tools As a Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate with other developers, network engineers, and automation experts to deliver high-quality user interfaces that enable network automation and support business objectives You will work within an Agile/Scrum development environment, focusing on both front-end and back-end development, testing, and deployment, and utilising emerging technologies to develop a pioneering new platform Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Work with the Network Automation Team Lead to understand requirements and develop specifications for web-based applications that interface with network automation tools Develop high-quality, responsive, and scalable user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks such as Node.
js or Vuejs Develop back-end services using Python, integrating with network automation APIs and web services Experience / Use of these tools - Handle Ajax, Axios, handle asynchronous calls, Typescript Write unit tests and perform end-to-end testing to ensure the quality of the user interface and back-end services Troubleshoot and debug code, optimize application performance, and ensure high availability and scalability.
Maintain documentation of the development process, including design decisions, coding standards, and testing procedures Stay up-to-date with emerging development trends and technologies and evaluate their potential impact on GSK's network automation efforts Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on web applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus Desirable: Experience with network automation tools such as Ansible or Netmiko is a plus Knowledge of enterprise networks We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer who can demonstrate strong technical skills and a drive to create innovative solutions The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web development technologies and experience with modern frontend frameworks and Python backend development.
