JOB DESCRIPTIONPrimary Objective of Position:The candidate will be involved in development, sustenance and enhancements of the application software as per specified requirements and quality standards Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop Windows standalone application as well as web applications
2. Understand the previously developed application and support for enhancements
3. Capture and draft software application requirement for the projects, design, implement and unit test developed application
4. Interact with other design team members to meet and optimize product design requirements
5. Coordinate reviews with team members
6. Develop product domain expertise, Participate / conduct in team meetings and Knowledge Sharing Sessions.
   
   
7. Adherence to CMMI / ISO quality process
8. Assume additional roles and responsibilities as required and be able to work independently

Job Requirements: Must Have

1. 5-10 years of software development experience
2. Experienced with C#, Visual Studio, NET Framework , Net Core
3. Past Experience in Windows Based Standalone applications (Windows Form) would be added advantage
4. Web Based Software Development: WPF , ASPNET, MVC, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, Web APIs , .
   
   Net Microservices
5. Database Technologies: SQL Server, MySQL or other Relational DB familiarity
6. Experienced with data structures, Multithreading, Object oriented programming, Object oriented design and design pattern
7. Experience building Web Services and REST APIs
8. Experience with software requirement analysis and capturing software requirement specification
9. Familiarity with Object oriented programming, Modelling tools - UML
10. Strong analysis and problem-solving skills,self-directed, detail oriented, creative problem solver
11. Familiarity with software development process, Quality software development with focus on code review, unit and integration testing etc
12. Familiarity with reverse engineering existing code, reusing previously developed source code
13. Familiarity with Software version control (SVN) and Bug tracking System (Bugzilla)
14. Effective verbal and written communication skills as well as good presentation skills

Nice To Have

1. Familiarity with communication protocol - Modbus, HART will be added advantage.
   
   
2. Socket Programming

Education:Bachelors, MCA/Master's degree in - Computer science/Electronics/Instrumentation with experience of 5 to 8 years using C# Net for standalone and web application development
