OverviewOur Tax Team is on a journey to build and enhance capabilities in order to align with our business' needs and support our organization Our work will drive profitable growth, mitigate risk, and enable us to support innovation for the enterpriseIn the Tax Operations Analyst role, you will partner with the Global Tax function to execute core processes and drive efficiency in data collection and management for the tax function You will focus on streamlining manual work, enabling automation, and identifying and implementing process and technology improvements to streamline data gathering for the functionAs the Sr Analyst - Tax Operat ions, you will have the opportunity to develop core capabilities around financial acumen, risk management, partnership for impact and situational agility, and refine your process excellence and governance skillsets.
Key AccountabilitiesResponsibilities Responsible for preparation of all Domestic (US) Gross Receipts filings on a monthly basis Prepare routine non-income tax filings supporting domestic Direct and Indirect tax teams Gather information and prepare reporting to support IRS Information Reporting filings, including preparation of periodic withholding payments and annual 1042 filing process Facilitate timely, well-controlled tax payments by initiating internal payment workflows, bridging between external consultants and internal payment reviewers.
Support numerous processes across the global tax function by developing and executing routine data pulls and reporting packages Complete prioritized tax operations projects, such as data analytics, process improvement and technology initiativesQualificationsMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in tax, accounting, finance, business management, technology or related fields Additional degree - CA / CPA equivalent 7-9 Years, post CA qualification.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and detail orientation Technical aptitude for data, process, and systems Experience with Microsoft suitePreferred Qualifications Familiarity with GMI systems and data, including SAP, HFM, AFO.
Experience with project management and continuous improvement approaches Knowledge of tax technology and tax data management, including experience with Alteryx or similar automation toolset, corporate tax systems (CorpTax/OneSource), and data visualization tools
