i Qualification: Bachelors degree in Law from a recognized university and registered with bar Council Professional experience of not less than 10 years in the Supreme Court / High Court / Labour Court /Family Court / Arbitration Court.

Having good communication skills and good knowledge of Govt Rules and regulation, service matters, Income Tax, Commercial Matters, and Arbitration matters OR A retired Govt Servant with LLB who has held a responsible legal post not less than Deputy Secretary in Legal Department of Central / State Govt /Autonomous Bodies & having of Central / State Govt.

/Autonomous Bodies & havingthorough knowledge of Govt Rules and regulation service matters, Income Tax Commercial matters, Arbitration matters

ii Nature of the job: To handle Legal matters / court cases, application of Govt Rules & Regulations including service rules and regulations, drafting plaints / replies including vetting and advice on other legal documents / contracts / agreements / matters etc.


Age: Age must be below 65 years
