Legal Internship –LLB/LLM studentsThe Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) invites applicationsfor internship programin the Legal Department
Eligibility:
a) The applicant shall be a student of a Law School/University recognised by the Bar Council of India
b)The applicant should have completed at least 3 years of the 5-year LLB course or 2 years of the 3-year LLB course
c) Students pursuing LLM course are also eligible to apply
d) The applicant should have secured minimum of 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in the previous semester results.
Duration: The tenure of internship shall not be less than four weeks
Stipend: A stipend of Rs 10,000/-shall be provided upon satisfactory and successful completion of the internship
Data Privacy: The internshall be required to maintain confidentiality of all the documents/reports and/or any information received by him/her during theinternship period, violation of which would entaillegal consequences The Internshall not reveal to any person or organisation any information relating to SEBI, its work and policies which are not available in the public domain.
No right of appointment: No internshall have anyright or claim for an appointment in the Securities and Exchange Board of India by virtue of thisinternshipprogram
