JOB DESCRIPTION
Position/Designation : Logistics Executive – Portables & Modular Exhibition Solutions
Department : Operations
Location : Mumbai
Reports to : Operation Manager – Portables & Modular Exhibition Solutions

Job Purpose : To completely execute & manage deliveries efficiently according to timelines & creating wow customer experience


Key Result / Responsibility Areas :-
-Execute & Manage all the courier dispatches & ensuring its delivery within delivery timelines
-Creating & Managing complete courier & delivery charts on daily basis as per delivery timelines of each order.


-Collaborating with vendor development team for ensuring an increase in base of efficient vendors to achieve cost effectiveness & highest quality standards
-Providing courier or delivery charges to pricing team considering perfect location & package sizing
-Creating & Managing necessary documents to support courier dispatches
-Making complete delivery charts and status reports of all the orders and reporting daily to operations manager

Key Skills

Exposure to Dispatch and Courier Management Systems

Job Requirements :-
Educational Qualification : Graduate
Work Experience : 2-3 Years in Logistics
Key Competencies : Exposure to Dispatch and Courier Management Systems

-Ability to do Multitasking.
-Able to work Independently.
-Ready to work for Long hours.
-Hardworking & Organized.
-Excellent in drafting mails with average speed of 30-40wpm.
