Job DescriptionThis position will have to pursue an intensive collaboration with Research & Development and with manufacturing team The individual will support the Research and development team for developing scalable process for new technologies and work with process engineering: tech transfer group for scaling up the process to plant level for full fledge manufacturing of various new products (Organic molecules/Polymers)The successful candidate will have:A Bachelor's / Master's degree preferably in Chemical Engineering/Chemical process engineeringMinimum of 5 years related work experience in the speciality chemical manufacturing industryExpertise in Process Engineering & Scale-up of new products/technologiesExcellent written and oral communication skills in English to prepare results of experimental findings for presentation to stakeholders (internal/external)A good team player, highly motivated and should be passionate about process engineeringKey Responsibilities:Technology transfer support: commercial plant readiness, launch and commercial production, supporting Design of Experiments & scale-upWork as bridge between R&D and manufacturing for new technologies/products scale up and manufacturingVarious inputs to R&D team at experimental stage for process development and smooth scale up.
