Job Description: We are looking for an intermediate level Java developer with exposure to Kafka and Devops to perform L1 role Managing all tickets (ServiceNow Issues and Request) end-to-end, along with issue resolution / escalation, communication and associated metrics Managing all UAT/Production/COB infrastructure, including all integrations and associated integration partners (SSO/AD, CyberArk, etc), FIDs, Certificates, etc Managing all UAT/Production/COB application deployments/configuration/setup, maintenance activities, and upgrades, including all associated change requests and communication Conducting initial troubleshooting, and where appropriate implementing quick fixes and escalating UAT/Production/COB issues.

Ensuring all UAT/production/COB application and infrastructure monitoring is in place, to include and notification/escalation, issues resolution and associated metrics Managing all Continuity of Business (COB) events and associated communications Managing all daily / weekly batch jobs, including monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring/setup and metrics
