• Scrutiny of tender documents.
  
  
• Floating enquiries to suppliers/ vendors/ subcontractors & discuss on value engineering on technical specifications
• Identifying, evaluating, and shortlisting potential and reliable subcontractors
• Regular interaction with manufacturer / Vendors to discussion on new technology & price variations
• Evaluating Risk and come out with Risk mitigation plan
• Responsible for coordination and integration of reviews by legal, contracts, insurance, finance, treasury, and tax support groups for assigned proposals
• Preparing the techno-commercial proposal
• Active implementation of proposal process improvements, incorporation of lessons learned and cost reduction ideas, and analysis of market intelligence of competitors
• To attend the negotiation meetings and workout the most competitive bid.
