As a Manager, you provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes or services Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of this discipline, you will work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teamsIt is your hard work and focus that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.

How You Will Achieve It

• Support PMO lead in identifying, mapping and driving projects at site to enable site goals and objectives delivery Represent PMO function in the given area's responsibilities focusing common objective
• Involve in prioritizing the projects in the given area/stream, prepare a detailed project plan using appropriate project tracking tools, and work with project team assigning cost and time schedule to each project, in line with the project approval
• Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing all the assigned projects at Site Central point of contact at operations unit for smooth execution of projects Accountable for obtaining the expected results of the programs under his/her responsibility
• Devise implementation plan evolve with contingency plan and interact with the team for risk identification, plan for mitigation and implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  Debottlenecking initiatives to improve the project life cycle
• Develop and Manage team of PM associates, facilitate goal setting and review performance periodically lead and mentor team to keep the high motivation and performance level provide atmosphere to develop technical expertise in project management and business acumen
• Develop and maintain the knowledge databank of technical and functional outputs of the projects Able to leverage available knowledge in the network for success of projects
• Conduct regular project review meetings to monitor control projects progress with respect to scope, schedule and cost engage stakeholders, identify, delegate and track action items to resolution update project plans & deliverables as required
• Lead/Participate site reviews and governance process engaging key stakeholders, sponsors and facilitate decision making to deliver performance to the expectation

QualificationsMust-Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years' experience in industry with specific exposure Project management or Delivery management of API, Formulation or Life sciences industry for 2 years
• Pro-active and has a creative, entrepreneurial attitude with evidence of ability to execute key projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computer and software applications
