Job Title: Manager - Production Security Date: ASAP Department: ISPL IT Production Location: Mumbai Business Line / Function: CIB IT Reports to: (Direct) Head of Production Security Grade: (if applicable) Vice President (Functional) Number of Direct Reports: NA Directorship / Registration: NA Position PurposeAPAC Production Security teams (based in Singapore and India) is covering multiple IT Security challenging tasks for BNP Paribas Asia Pacific region, such as:

• Network Security
• Vulnerability & Compliance scanning
• Privileged Identity Management
• Designing & Implementing Security solutions
• Managing the BAU of all the Security solutions

APAC Production Security covers both APAC & ISPL ISPL Head of Production Security is in-charge of the Governance deployment for Production Security aspect within ISPL ISPL Head of Production act as a local management for the team of Production Security located within ISPLResponsibilities Direct Responsibilities

• Responsible for management of the ongoing security engineering support, maintenance, and availability of CIB Security toolsets for local ISPL teams
• HR/Administrative liaison for APAC Production Security staff in ISPL
• Deploy Production Security Governance within ISPL Production
• Partner with the other Infrastructure and support teams to deliver secure infrastructure services to organizations in particular within ISPL Production

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• 10 years in IT Security minimum
• Demonstrated expertise and experience with various security disciplines including end point protection, vulnerability and compliance management, privileged access management and governance, security monitoring, data loss prevention program, network and operating system security.
  
  
• Good understanding in Incident Remediation and Response Rule Management
• Good Oral, Verbal and Written communication skills
• Should have very good analytical skillset
• Good in team mentoring and motivating staff and communicating goals
• Experience with a wide array of security platforms, protocols, tools, and technologies.
  
  
• Must hold a bachelor's degree
• Experience in a Production environment is appreciated
• Experience in a multi-cultural environment is appreciated

Specific Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or IT related preferred)
• Minimum one certification is mandatory - CISA, CRISC, CISSP & other relevant certifications
