This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated group of Rackers that are doing their best to help our company transform the industryPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the overall day to day activities of high-level System Engineers focused on enterprise solutionsPlan and track your business performance, and prioritize operational expenses and licensing costs to ensure financial efficiencyResearch and identify system areas that need to improve customer experience in a proactive manner this includes immediate solutions, and long-term strategic paths, that can be deployed off-the-shelf or create new solutions via our Development TeamWork closely with other groups throughout the company, including being a technical resource for internal groups and communicating frequently with engineering, support and development teams to help them improve the operational effectiveness of the systems you manage.

Focus time on hiring, coaching, and developing a global team to accomplish team objectivesAnalyze operational processes and escalation procedures to identify opportunities for service delivery improvementsAssist in planning the strategic vision of the organization for the next 5 yearsQualificationsAdaptable leadership and project management skillsProven ability to work independently with other department personnel in a very dynamic timeline sensitive work environmentIdentifies risks and dependencies for operational execution.

At the Manager's discretion, 4 years of additional related experience may substitute for the degree requirement if substitution allowed, regional equivalent to High School Diploma is required CertificationsITIL Certification preferredProject Management Certification preferred
