Your ability to analyze complex information and translate it into compelling stories is strong, and you have a natural desire to help people understand the 'why'Objectives of this RoleCreate compelling recruitment marketing and talent branding content, including employer branding materials, social media content, internal communications in collaboration with the respective teamsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure that recruitment marketing and talent branding efforts are aligned with business objectives.

Work with regional teams to create region specific content and marketing assets for internal and external audiencesContinuously measure and analyze recruitment marketing and talent branding efforts to identify opportunities for improvementSkills and Qualifications.

2-5 years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent branding, marketing orrelated fieldProven ability to develop and execute successful marketing and branding strategiesExperience creating a wide range of marketing and branding content.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detailExperience with stakeholder managementPreferred Qualifications.

Experience working with global teams in fast paced environmentsUnderstanding of branding & marketing effortsPrevious experience in the IT services industry.
