It provides a great opportunity for a person early in their career to grow into a more strategic role A marketer with experience in project management of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that spans multiple teams and stakeholders is optimal A person with experience in email execution, campaign analysis, event planning, and account-based marketing would be an ideal candidate Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Segment Team leader, managers, and adjacent sales/SDR teams to assist in the development of go-to market plans, including executive decision-makers, and key influencers
- Lead the creation and project management of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that span multiple stakeholders and include tactics such as direct mail, email and digital/social media
- Evaluate and help to execute national, local, athena-owned and segment-specific sponsorships and events
- Analyze performance of campaign tactics to optimize results and report out to stakeholders/leadership
- Work within our databases and tech systems to pull lists of ideal prospects, create and deploy email sends
- Other duties as assigned by manager or team leader
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree required
- 1-3 years of marketing experience
- Strategic thinker that understands the bigger picture and can take a project from concept to fruition
- A self-starter with keen attention to detail and demonstrated ability to drive projects with excellent follow-through
- Ability to prioritize and manage projects independently with high level input from manager
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Working knowledge of campaign planning and execution is a big plus
- Salesforce, email and/or CRM experience a plus
- Experience with marketing/messaging to executives, or experience with B2B marketing or account-based marketing a plus

- Excellent verbal, organizational and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented approach with a willingness to test and learn
- Talent for effectively interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Creative and energetic self-starter/problem solver
- Being thoughtful/strategic: This person will be responsible for assessing performance of tactics and thinking through what adjustments could be made to optimize success
- Experience with tech systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Tableau (a plus, not a must)
- Interested in healthcare and/or technology
