Detailed Description: Oracle is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Design Analyst (Contractor) to work within their Tax & Treasury Project Management Office (PMO) team in India to facilitate assistance during the US Mountain time zone under administrative supervision of the Tax & Treasury PMO Director based out of Denver, United States Within PMO we plan to build a team of creative individuals named 'PMO Design Studios' This role requires you to produce high-quality, compelling, and holistic creative visual solutions including presentations and process charts for the stakeholders and executive leadership You will ensure that all the work products meet the stakeholder's expectations for quality and accuracy within a stipulated timeline You should have a passion for design and storytelling, and a commitment to create presentations, storyboards, infographics that are visually engaging, informative, and memorable.

Additionally, based on the bandwidth, the contractor will work on various other exciting projects as may be assigned The candidate must have professional commitment to high quality, and a passion to achieve excellence Must be goal oriented with positive, ethical, and respectful work attitude Must be a self-starter who can quickly adapt and collaborate effectively with Tax & Treasury stakeholders in a geographically disperse working environment Roles and Responsibilities: Design and create presentations that effectively communicate the message to stakeholders.

Translate business language into meaningful presentations that engages the stakeholders and executive leadership Manage presentations from conception to delivery Ensure all presentations are consistent and maintain a high-quality standard Create and manage templates, guidelines, and design processes that enable effective communication and collaboration across the Tax & Treasury department Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and data, transform it into compelling visuals/presentations that convey complex ideas.

Develop engaging visual content for executive leadership, such as Strawman proposals from Tax & Treasury related concepts Develop custom graphics and animations to enhance presentation content Ability to translate whiteboard images into meaningful presentations Create and maintain documentation and presentations in internal shared repositories Document draft flowcharts/Visio to explain the process steps.

Collaborate with the Content designer to translate the written content into visual presentations Provide training and support to colleagues on design and presentation techniques Stay up to date with design trends, software updates, and emerging technologies related to PowerPoint and graphic design Qualification & Experience: Graduate in Graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in presentation design & development, preferably in an MNC.

Expertise in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Excel) Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), other design software
