Liaise with internal stake holders to Plan and Execute innovative and integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract qualified leads and deepen client engagement Track the business generated from marketing activities and initiatives Assist with developing, coordinating and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns, promotional material, brochures, trade shows & Digital marketing initiatives Prepare marketing reports and presentation by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data Coordinate with internal and external stake holders to have material and information ready as per requirement Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics Manage relationships with external vendors (printers, designers, marketing agencies) to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs Ensure consistent brand representation across all internal and external stakeholders Develop conference plans and manage all aspects of participation logistics Coordinate and manage emails lists and run campaigns Develop and maintain website and social user experience process flows and requirements Requirements Ability to liaise confidently with customers and sales team from different regions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports Min 3 years of experience in a marketing role The ability to work independently and meet deadlines Must have strong organisational skills with attention to detail Must have good knowledge of Outlook, Excel & Powerpoint Knowledge on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital and email marketing
