Key responsibilities and accountability of the role: Prepares the cluster map of various finalized/agreed sources Contacting the scrap generator (customers) & convincing them to use our application Prepares daily reports on input to output cost wise and quantum of waste wise also Preparing the pick-up schedule & Assigning of work for respective pick up team Co-ordinates with pickup team for order execution and with the customer Addressing the customer queries Preparing the delivery schedule & Co-ordination with end customer (T2) for delivery Operational Management knowledge is advantageous Key performance indicators: Maintains opportunity pipeline as per desired targets Responsible for % of new customer additions as per target Educational qualification: Any degree Experience Shall have the marketing experience at least 2 years Additional certifications: Not applicable Functional competencies: Knowledge about Waste management Behavioural competencies: Execution Excellence (Basic) Convincing, holistic approach and People management (Basic)Key interactions Key interactions- Internal: Interacts with supply chain team for supply chain follow-up and optimisation Interaction with the pickup team and customers for timely execution Interaction with end customer (T2) pertaining to the delivery schedule of the goods.

Key interactions External Approaching & convincing various channels of waste management identified by the supply chain team Other Remarks Speaking Hindi, Tamil and Telugu is advantageous

The Sole Purpose Of The Role Is To Contact And Approach The Various Scrap Generators And Convincing & Bringing Them Under Our Waste Management Loop For Our Client
