• In a short span of a year, they have built a lean, peak talent-density team of 20+ people with a substantial track recordThey have a right to win in this market and the leadership team brings in a combined experience of 60+ years at the intersection of the cleantech + fintech markets

• You will closely work with the CEO and help plan the marketing strategies while also executing them which will help us build our brand and raise brand awareness
• You'll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world
• You will be expected to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be an individual contributor
• Ultimately, you'll help us improve our company's reputation and drive growth

• Build Aerem's brand - Analysing our brand positioning, raising brand awareness, and translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
  
  
• Lead the creative development to motivate the target audience to 'take action'
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
• Responsible for offline and online marketing campaigns marketing and hitting ROI goals
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  
  
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

• An MBA degree from a reputed institution
• Proven work record of 4 to 8 years in B2B marking Having worked in the Sustainability/FinTech/NBFC/MSME industry would be an added advantage
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing.
  
  
• Experienced in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• A highly creative mind and excellent communication skills with the ability to write and review content related to marketing
