Marketing Specialist Job In Varite India Private Limited In India, Bengaluru / Bangalore

• Work primarily in Marketo (marketing automation platform) creating multi-step email campaigns for various types of marketing events and programs
• Engage with marketing managers on campaign requirements, campaign strategy, and how to best execute campaigns on their behalf
• Create emails, landing pages, forms, and contact lists for Marketo marketing campaigns
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve HTML assets and revise code where necessary to integrate with internal tools/platform
• Have an understanding and be able to apply email best practices to a campaign
• Pull Marketo reporting data to show campaign effectiveness and provide feedback for marketing teams (click throughs, total registrations, etc)
• Work in a service-oriented environment where you'll be creating campaigns based on requests
• As needed, develop requirements for any improvements and enhancements related to marketing operations and infrastructure
• Establishing and maintaining system documentation and training materials
• Work hours: Flexible hours with support till midnight IST

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing automation platforms
• Preferably Marketo
• Must be willing to learn and be trained
• Marketing experience or Marketing degree a plus.
  
  
• Proficient with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Adobe Photoshop and Experience Manager is a plus
• Excellent communication skills This is critical when working with different teams and executing campaigns to meet deadlines
• Strong work ethic and the drive to get the job done.
  
  This is a service type position need to be able to knock campaigns out quickly, effectively and correctly
• Able to handle repetitive tasks and execute tasks in a timely manner
• Self-reliant Need to problem solve, know how to improvise, and work in an independent manner
• Experience in program management/lead generation/B2B Marketing is an added advantage.
  
  
• Basic understanding of marketing to sales funnel, business intelligence, and lead management processes and technologies
