Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing

• You will be expected to understand about our core product vSAN architecture
• You will be working on new feature of vSAN , Developing Test plan and also Automation for those, it can be for on-prem or cloud platform also(Saas)
• You will be regularly evaluated on the quality of the solution you create and the code you write to ensure continued advancement of your technical skills in an environment that looks to expand them
• You will be working upon some of the new tools development projects where you enhance your skills and also can learn latest technologies

What type of work will you be doing What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis

• Work closely with the chief architect /dev to understand product features
• You will contribute to the development of test plan .
  
  
• You will contribute in writing of new automated tests using Python
• You will work closely with test/automation team to ensure the product quality
• Adopt/Develop automation frameworks for Software defined datacenter Requirements
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong Linux knowledge and good troubleshooting skills preferred
• Understanding on VMware vSphere and/or ESX server is preferred.
