Job DescriptionJob Summary:ON Semiconductor is looking for a self-driven and motivated professional to join their Product Engineering teamThis position is located in Bangalore, IndiaAs a Product Engineering Manager in the Intelligent Sensing Group's Industrial and Commercial Solutions Division, your primary role will be to ensure the local Product Engineering team meets project deliverables and adheres to all relevant policies and procedures Youwill be responsible for researching product technical requirements, developing validation methodologies and effective production test solution to meet quality commitment You will be guiding the team to drive validation, yield improvement, qualification, test bring-up, release product to mass production.

Performance Objectives:This opportunity will require the successful candidate to:

• Drive development of new products that satisfy demands for cost/performance and development schedule
• Seek new ideas, develop innovation and creativity throughout the team
• Create comprehensive plans for prioritizing technical and resourcing challenges
• Define product validation requirements by working with cross functional teams, including Design, DFT, and Test Engineers
• Work with NPD teams to develop validation and test plans
• Perform annual appraisals with focus on development and goals setting for team members
• Team oriented with can do attitude, enthusiastic in solving challenging issues
• Must have confidence to act quickly and decisively when required

• Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering or related discipline Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years' relevant industry experience in Product Engineering
• Experience with leading teams and delivering high quality projects on time
• Previous work experience with CMOS image sensors is plus
• Good understanding of silicon bring-up, taking product to production
• Excellent Collaboration and strong communication skills
• Experience with programming languages (eg C, VB, Python)
