Co-ordinating with the Team Leader to get Renewal /Rollover DataStart Tele calling 60 days prior to policy expiry date and explain the benefits of BMW Secure/NON-BMW SecureFixing up an appointment with the Customer after getting all necessary detailsPassing all the converted leads/appointments to Team LeaderCo-ordination with Field Executive/Sales Officer for better conversionProviding all kinds of Tele-Calling support for New and Renewal sales.

Maintaining good relationship with the Customers which would in turn help during Renewals ConversionIn case of break in, they need to convey to the Customer/Field executive on car inspectionResponsible for making after sales call to get Customer Feedbackresponsible for closed the cases before due date at list one weekCustomer query should be answer as early as possible within 30 minutes from received call or Mail from customer or InternalResponsible for Policy insurance after receiving customer paymentResponsible for meeting Renewals target allocated by Insurance Manager.
