• Work as L3 support analyst requiring to review the production issues reported by business and identify the root cause.
  
  
• Carry out impact analysis and hot fixes to the code as appropriate
• Escalate the issue to development team, if the issue requires enhancement to existing functionality of the application
• Work with the support lead to ensure that the tickets are progressed as per SLA

Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 6+ years overall experience in professional software engineering organization as a hands-on MS NET developer, willing to work into application/ production support role
• Experience building scalable components using .
  
  net technologies such as C# and ASPnet
• Experienced in working with database technologies such as MS SQL is must
• Good to have exposure/ experience working on other open source DBs
• Knowledge on MS Azure cloud architecture and deployment
• Strong experience in continuous build/integration/deployment tools including Jenkins, Git and Jira
• Exposure to monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus or similar)
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Strong communication skills and a great team player
• Troubleshooting skills
• Experience collaborating effectively across multiple engineering centers in multiple territories
• Availability to work the shift pattern required for this role, ie.
  
  No shift work required but some out of hours and weekend support will be required from time to time
