The Role: This is a global role of the NetSuite Techno Functional Lead is to provide clear and documented technical direction and guidance to both the Finance Systems support team and Finance users Reporting to the Finance Systems Service Delivery Manager, the role will play a key part on IT finance systems solutions architecture and design The role requires a balance of leadership, architecture and system functional skills, to allow delivery of system improvements and projects beneficial to the business Working closely with the Finance teams, the role will provide guidance on all future system changes and will be a technical reviewer in the finance systems change management process, accountable for the quality of the technical deliverables for the team and providing in-depth knowledge and support to resolve finance systems-related incidents that cannot be addressed by Support Analyst/ System Admin team Key Accountabilities: ' Provide technical guidance to Finance Systems Team ' Be a technical reviewer in the finance systems change management process ' Be the go-to expert for NetSuite administration and problem resolution ' Technical lead and escalation point for global System Administrators ' Oversee administration and monitoring of the NetSuite system ' Lead Release Preview testing from system administration perspective ' Plan and deliver system upgrades with minimal system disruption ' Manage and maintain system access for all users and roles ' Manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards ' Oversee help-desk assistance to internal employees across subsidiaries and external affiliates - by troubleshooting and quickly resolving issues with the NetSuite system and integration elements as they arise and, when necessary, coordinate with NetSuite vendor 3rd line support on issues that cannot be resolved internally ' Lead small projects and handle internal system enhancements ' Provide NetSuite functional and design input to 3rd party developers for quality solution aligned with Company standards ' Ensure system compliance with Company policies, procedures and protocols for system standards, customizations, and changes ' Fully document and maintain existing and new customizations and workflows ' Ensure all documentation is kept updated and relevant knowledgebases reflect the latest changes ' Maintain any NetSuite integration and other business intelligence solutions Requirements ' Minimum of 5 years of NetSuite experience ' NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification - Required ' NetSuite Administrator Certification - Required ' NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification - Advantageous ' NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer II Certification - Advantageous ' Experience leading a team of System Administrators ' Significant experience in administration and configuration of NetSuite One World account, preferably in a global deployment ' Strong in NetSuite functional and solutioning skills ' Working knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, csv imports, user provisioning, defining roles, analytics, and scheduling scripts.

' In depth knowledge and experience on all NetSuite modules including Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Fixed Assets Management module ' Excellent oral and written communications skills ' Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills ' Strong problem solving and decision-making ability ' Must be task and detail oriented ' Must be multi-tasking and self-motivated ' Must be able to work independently and as a global team player ' Ability to quickly establish credibility & foster collaborative relationships across functional and geographically dispersed teams
