Technical expertise: Experience in monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Manage Engine, TrendMicro Apex, Proofpoint, Cisco ASA, DLP Experience in Monitoring and working experience on Routing & Switching, Wireless, SDWAN, Cisco ASA FTD, FortiGate Firewalls, Proofpoint and Cisco Web and Email Security Hands on Exposure on below products Switching: Catalyst 9K Series, Nexus 7K, 6500 series /4500 series / 3750 Series / 2960 Series, HP Routing: Cisco ISR series 1K / 2K/ 4K Series Wireless: Cisco / HP Aruba / Ruckus wireless APs and Controllers SDWAN: Cisco / Velocloud / FortiGate SDWAN Security: Cisco Firewalls, IPS, ISE, Umbrella Configuring / Troubleshooting Routing Protocols, SDWAN, QoS, Wireless Security, High Availability etc Configuring/Trouble Shooting L3 level Network and Security related issues AAA, Firewalls, IPS, Email and Web Security, Endpoint Protection, DLP Configuring/ Troubleshooting VPNs, Authentication, Wireless Security & Email Security Configuring/Troubleshooting Security Policies in Firewall, IPS, Email/Web security and other security solutions, Proven knowledge and practical application of Firewall Security, Advanced persistent threats, Advanced Malware Protection tools, Sandboxing Experience in Multi-vendor environment is highly preferable Provide support in Architecting new solutions and Integrations Knowledge on global compliances like SANS20, ISO27K, NIST, PCI-DSS is preferable Support team in configuring Monitoring tools for customization and reporting Support in evaluation and integration of new solutions Third-party coordination for troubleshooting issues Participation in reviews and present updates Adhere and follow ITIL process (incident, problem, and change & configuration Implement encrypted password management mechanisms on all supported devices Ensure security against asynchronous terminals, such as console terminalsOperations & Service Delivery: Handling L3 level escalations Incident / Problem / Change management Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents Performance tuning suggest by OEM Continual Service Improvement planning and execution Planning and execution of DR Drills based on customer specific DR setup and recovery procedures.
