1. Acts under continuous support in Network domain for 24/7 operation
2. Monitor and perform first level analysis
3. To detect diagnose create ticket and resolve network operation issues
4. Proactively identify issues there by reducing network downtime
5. Support the Management team by providing KPI Performance trend reports as per requirement
6. Network planning and KPI analysis
7. Basic network Integration validation and testing.

1. Integrating new Network Elements (eNodeB new sector addition and RRU swap)

1. Monitoring alarms on the network elements and co-ordinate with the field team to resolve the issue within SLA

1. Detecting isolating and correcting faults in the network

1. Collecting different information about hardware devices software and other elements of the network in order to support administration and troubleshooting

1. Creating reports using NetAct tool

1. Ability to administer routers switches gateways and oversee telecom infrastructure
2. Ability to perform and execute drive test in the customer or target environment
3. Ability to analyse logs (traces drive test UElogs) / network
4. Ability to effectively communicate and interact with Client
