Actively hiring for O2C specialist in Mumbai (Airoli) locationInterested share your resume on [HIDDEN TEXT]Job description SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Experience should be 8 to 10 years (SAP experience preferred) 2 Revenue download, interface and reconciliation with invoicing system when needed 3.

Booking and Allocation of payments received from clients 4 Supervise correct treatment of COD (Cash On Delivery) accounts 5 Supervising Credit Notes and Invoices are properly offset, if needed.

6 Ensure unapplied and unidentified payments from clients are actioned by working closely with Collections Team 7 Ensure there are no outstanding transactions related to Accounts Receivable pending on the bank reconciliation 8.

Responding to inquiries from business / customers and resolve issues 9 Assist O2C Supervisor in any ad-hoc activities 10 Manage Month End closing activities, deadlines and performing the AR sub-ledger close process.

11 Prepare Bad debt provision analysis and journal to be imported by R2R 12 Extract and review Unbilled Revenue ageing journal to ensure compliance with approved Tolerance grid 13.

Prepare WIP journal as per affiliate instructions 14 Perform AR reconciliations and Reporting Qualifications PROFILE 1 Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance 2.

Minimum 8 years of related professional experience in Accounting / Finance required 3 General knowledge of accounting principles - required 4 Experience in financial systems (knowledge of Oracle E Business Suite is nice to have) 5 Familiarity with excel intermediate level REQUIRED SKILLS 1 Experience in dealing with clients 2.

Organized, with administrative skills 3 Ability to adapt quickly and demonstrate flexibility 4 Able to work independently 5 Strong team player 6 Customer service oriented 7.
