Job DescriptionThe role is responsible for providing dedicated Business Analyst services for AECOM's Corporate IT Enterprise Applications specifically within the O365 environment This includes gathering business requirements, creating storyboards and mockups, suggesting visual design and site layout, and assisting in the creation of other technical documentation and reporting analytics Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage the monitoring of all incoming development requests
- Provide backup support for creation of sites that can be created from a template
- For requests that require custom development:
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with the customer document the requirements
- Communicate requirements to the developers
- Assist with technical design and creation of mockups, technical approach, and architectural diagrams
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to analyze problems, define requirements, and develop solutions propose ways to prevent occurrence of similar issues and concerns with the guidance of Team Lead or Manager
- Ensure adherence to security requirements and processes to maintain highest level of protection
- Solution prototyping and design
- Assist with evaluation and deployment of third-party add-ons (Teams environment)
- Provide clear concise guidance and direction to external consultants and 3rd party vendors who are brought on to assist with development projects
- Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation
- Review and implement technical standards including quality reviews develop and prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for periodic and ad hoc requirements
- Maintain excellent knowledge about existing and emerging technologies (especially Teams), and assist with analyses as required to support the technology roadmap
- Create and update SOP/DTP of current and new processes
- Perform complex tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, procedures, and SOX & internal controls.
- Work with Team Lead or Manager to develop process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity
- Lead and support key projects, audit reviews, activities, and documentation
- Provide guidance and technical expertise to junior members of the team in completing projects as applicable
Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent work experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, matrixed, and team-based project environment
- At least 5+ years of relevant work experience at least 3 years of which were experiences in Business Analytics and O365 Collaboration technologies (eg SharePoint Online, Teams, Yammer, OneDrive, etc.
) - Strong visual design skills are ideal
- Has skills and experience in using Google Analytics or a similar tool
- Ability to work independently on assigned projects with limited supervision
- Microsoft Certification is an advantage
- Experience with Power BI and PowerShell is a plus
