Job Summary
• This role is responsible for helping in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective flow of goods or services within the organization’s supply chain The role independently supports in running intermediate level transactional processes in SAP to support demand and supply matching activities The role helps in resolving basic to complex level supply chain issues and identifies opportunities to optimize operational processes
Responsibilities
• Supports intermediate level transactional processes that require independent judgment
• Follows detailed documentation and instructions to execute a variety of process oriented tasks to support demand and supply matching activities.
• Supports the business by answering strategic questions with both quantitative and qualitative insights through data analysis and reporting
• Identifies basic to complex level supply chain anomalies and seeks guidance for resolution
• Assesses the market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for the supply chain department to add value
• Maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies
• Works with customer support teams to address operational issues and improve the customer experience.
• Ensures that the company complies with relevant regulations and industry standards, and assists in audits as necessary
• Supports the training of new hires and lower level roles
Education & Experience Recommended
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
• Typically has 4-6 years of related work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field
