Candidates pursuing their BTech in the following domains are eligible for the selection drive:

Mechanical
Mechatronics
Metallurgy
Electrical
Ceramic
Chemical
Safety and Fire
Instrumentation/Electronics
Mining
The following are the Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in 10th & 12th
• Minimum 65% or equivalent CGPA in Graduation with no active backlog in any of the subjects during the campus drive
• Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges to be preferred
• Should not have more than a 1-year gap between two consecutive academic courses.
  
  
• Eg- If a candidate passed his/her 12th in 2012 and joined his graduation in 2014 then this qualifies as 2-year GAP such cases should not be shortlisted for further process

The selection process will be as below,

• Round 1 – Online Aptitude Test (Aptitude and Technical)
• Round 2 – Online Psychometric and Behavioural Test
• Round 3 – Group Discussion (if necessary)
• Round 4 – Online Technical /Domain Interview (Panel Interview with HR)
• Round 5 – Interaction with CHRO
