Need Immediate joiners - Female Candidates OnlyRole & Responsibilities:-Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency -Maintain files and records with effective filing systems -Support other teams with various administrative & HR tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc) -She should be having a sound understanding of managing conflicts and resolving complaints about or within the department -She should be able to Provide administrative support to managers by scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls, and taking notes during meetings.

-Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office -Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc) -Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system -Deal with customer /employee complaints or issues -Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders.

-Excellent Communication skills- Knowledge with accounting preferable-English and Hindi languages preferableExperience- 1 -4 Years Working Location- Bangalore Salary- 2-2.
