in/jobs/detail/on-site-field-engineer-366 Locations-Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai Roles and Responsibilities 1 Work on client sites, including going offshore and remote connection and assisting with hardware installations and troubleshooting, software upgrades, systems integrations, and basic IT related issues 2 Responding to client support requests who are experiencing basic hardware and software issues in a fast and effective way 3.
Provides second-line investigation and troubleshooting 4 Resolve troubleshooting and close customer tickets as per company SOP 5 Coordinate with L2 Desktop support engineers at the time of troubleshooting.
6 Check and confirm with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting 7 Create and maintain log notes in internal CRM tools 8.

Age: Minimum 25 Years to Maximum 35 years 4 Ready to travel 90% in a single month 5 In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software and network troubleshooting 6.
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments 7 Excellent communication skills in English , Hindi and regional language 8 Excellent customer interface skills 9.
