2AET team performance check & its feedback for improvement

AET assessment & scoring for ALL AET on monthly basis

4 Training to employees about SFTI related activities

5CANDO team performance checks 7 feedback for its improvement.

6 Initiatives to adopt the lean & six sigma tools to the site

7Organizing rewards & recognition program for plant best suggestion/KAIZEN

8 Support the site leadership team with the tools useful for the right improvement projects selection process.

9Continuos Value stream update on all future state VSMs & action plans

10Preparation & communication of Monthly MIS for site KPIs, SFTI & Projects

Participating in the AET Meetings to observe the progress & to identify the common problems & escalate them

12Approval for project saving by raising 2B2 for projects

13 Solve the AET & CANDO related queries raise by concern dept.

14Organising periodic events for 5S,CLITA,Abnormality analysis & OPLs

15Online training to operators related to SFTI Activities

16.

Monthly AET review on progress & improvement areas with the plant steering committee

Qualifications required for Piramal Group Recruitment:

• BE/Btech/MBA
• 1 to 3 years preferably from pharma formulation industry
