It will enable the successful candidate exposure to senior stakeholders and a chance for impact and influence that is way beyond the usual roleYour Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for driving the operational agenda for PC South Asia R&D

• Co-ordinate various 5S activities across all 3 categories (Skin Cleansing, Oral and Deo) and prepare dashboards, decks and monitor the progress on in year and pipeline of 5S projects
• Work with Skin Cleansing, Oral and Deos team across various OKRs like Innovation, 5S and Product Superiority and provide a clear view to PC South Asia Head
• Work with BSPAN teams (Bangladesh/Pakistan/Sri Lanka) and manage all the information/tracker/dashboards for Innovations/5S/ Product Superiority etc.

• Be a digital champion for PC South Asia across all 3 categories and help category teams to leverage AI Hub initiatives and other digital initiatives including the culture change and ensure that Global and local digital targets are met
• Digitalise the various dashboards into real time data so that it can be easily monitored and tracked
• Be a champion of bringing out synergy across all 3 categories in the areas of packaging, digital
• Create and track sustainability roadmap for PC South Asia by maintaining a dashboard of Sustainability strategy for each category.
  
  
• Create and track mandatory regulatory mandatory compliance changes such as lillial exit/milder preservatives/DTPA elimination/etc time to time
• Partner with Finance and R&D Operations team to lead the end -to- end approach to R&D budget management including budget setting, dynamic tracking and re-prioritisation
• Support continuous improvement initiates of R&D operation process (innoflex and use of agile tools)
• Provide R&D PC inputs to MC reporting (Product Superiority, Sustainability etc), ERM Risk Assessment, Audits, Global compliances, Advocacy (FICCI initiative), External submission (Dow Jones Sustainability Index), R&D industry forum, One India R&D agenda.
  
  
• Drive the KBS agenda for PC and maximise the technology impact
• Work very closely with other BU counterparts and share information with extended team
• Drive the agenda for the PC BU biweekly meetings
• Work closely with Regulatory, sustainability, quality, digital, marketing operations team to help achieve the PC R&D BU goals for South Asia
• Support the R&D PC BU head for arranging training, talent development agenda and track talent pipeline by working closely with HR

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10-15 years of R&D experience particularly HUL India R&D business
• Experience in Formulation Development/Packaging Development in different categories is desirable
• Experience of Technical Project Leadership across various categories is desirable
• Prior experience of Operations Manager or experience in handling and monitoring various trackers/dashboard /KPI metrics is desirable
• Experience of digital transformation agenda is desirable.
