Educational Qualification:

(1) Bachelors Degree in any or concerned discipline from any recognized university.
(2) He / She must be able to Read, Write and Speak Odia.

Age Limit:

1. 21 to 32 years as on 1st day of January 2020. i.e. He/She must not have been born earlier than 2nd January 1988 and not later than 1st January 1999.
2. Age Relaxation - 05 years for SC / ST / SEBC / Women / Ex-Serviceman and 10 years for PWDs.
