POSITION OVERVIEW : Oracle EBS Technical LeadRole overviewEnterprise Resource Planning Senior Specialist position in Oracle practice, NTT India, primarily focusing in Technical Design, configuration, development and implementation of Oracle R12 Finance and SCM modules for various customers Experience in R12 Implementation & Upgrade projects Plans, conducts analysis, architects, develops, tests, implements, integrates and supports the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application solution set and the underlying technology components as part of the corporate-wide integrated business processes Serves as a subject knowledge expert of the system specific modules from both a technical and functional perspective Involved in all facets of the implementation, rollout, migration, integration, upgrades, testing, performance tuning, research and development of ERP solutions in the areas of configuration, conversions, interfaces, reports, extensions and customizations POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :Job Responsibilities :Supports the design, configuration, implementation, customization, integration and maintenance of a corporate-wide ERP system.
Analyzes and recommends solutions and technology to achieve customers needs Develops detailed technical designs, test scenarios, implementation, and conversion plans Recommends and documents IT development standards, standard operating procedures and best practices for the ERP package using standard methodologies Leads or participates in development projects working closely with internal customers, external customers, and NTT resources across global locations Plans and directs studies of potential electronic data processing applications and prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation.
Administers the ERP package and the underlying technology components using standard or bespoke scripts and tools Participates in Developing Center Of Excellence for ERP Vertical Solutions and Intellectual Properties Contributes to Customer Trainings and Internal Team Trainings Participates in Presales, RFP/RFI Response, Due Diligences, Conference Room Pilot (CRP) Projects etc Participates in Hiring and Retention of Talent in the Practice.
Helps to achieve Customer Delivery Excellence Adheres, follows and monitors the Capability Maturity Models like CMM, CMMi, PCMM, ISO in the projects etc Contributes to Project Quality Assurance Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle R12 Finance and SCM Modules Required Skills :8+ years of experience with Oracle Application Finance & Supply Chain Modules Involved in at least one end-to-end R12 Implementation & Upgrade projects Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment Excellent leadership, written communication, oral communication and interpersonal skills
