Responsibilities Work directly with our clients and provide business transformation services designed to help them solve their most complex business and technology challenges Using Industry best framework, assist in facilitating workshops, discussions, interviews, and focus groups to understand current state of client landscape, and gather the input necessary to create client opportunities and realize their vision on an executable roadmap Develop implementation strategies, formulate project plans, and address specific engagement issues, in collaboration with middle- and senior-level client personnel Operate collaboratively and cross-functionally within the Avalon Consulting practice to bring a clear vision together for our clients across multiple Practice Groups Establish business and functional requirements, then translate them into actionable project initiatives and value metrics Provide program management to deliver on time, on budget, and on value Capture best practices and contribute to Avalon knowledge management initiatives Lead a team of Consultants; mentor and support junior talent within the team Work creatively and analytically with a structured approach to problem-solving; challenge old business models by innovatively designing new user experiences and bring the client along on the journey Contribute to business development and thought leadership efforts on an annual basis Qualifications15 - 18 + years of experience in managing projects and/or transformations for Clients, at least 5 of project management experience Previous experience participating in and/or leading the lifecycle of a business transformation Functional/Technical expertise in relevant analysis tools and package software, such as Oracle E-Business Suite/Oracle Cloud ERPs A desire to work with enterprise-level clients and the ability to manage through complexity Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working; the ability to exercise humility with confidence and demonstrate leadership and professionalism at all times The ability to manage high-level stakeholders, both internally and externally, in a fast-paced, demanding environment Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones Add-on Features Opportunities to travel onsite and work with business for suitable candidates Remote working flexibility Trainings for Career Growth Fast Growth path as we are a growing company
