Greetings From Avalon softwareWe are Hiring for Oracle HCM Functional consultantExperience:6+YearsLocation:RrmoteResponsibilities Expertise working on project implementation, configuration, up - gradation, production support and with change management process Hands on experience in implementing workforce deployment and development modules Experience in implementing global Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management Implementing the Core HR is the primary essential Excellent experience in Data loading into Fusion HCM using HCM data loader tool which includes the workforce structure data, worker data, work relationships data, and talent management data.

Build custom security components to Fusion HCM which includes create/modify data roles and its security profiles, job roles, application roles and duty roles at APM, OIM and security console Knowledge on defining payment methods and pay frequencies Experience in developing fusion value sets, lookups, descriptive flex fields (DFF), key flex fields (KFF), and personalization Extensive knowledge on initial project and configuring the setups while implementing the Core HR and Payroll Hands on experience on Oracle fusion functional setup manager (FSM) to implement enhancements.

Exporting all work structures, employees, external candidates, and users from global HR to Taleo recruiting Qualifications Any graduate Overall experience of 6 to 15 years in oracle HCM along with fusion Hands on experience on minimum 2 to 3 implementation projects Client-facing experience Should have strong communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, problem solving, influencing, and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management.
