HCM Functional - Manager Exp - 10 - 14 years Job DescriptionThis manager-level position is responsible for a segment within a given project portfolio which can be defined by industry, service line, technology center, specialty area or region Main responsibilities include people management, project oversight, and sales enablement.
Accountable for operational/financial metrics and maintaining project/portfolio profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery and maintaining customer referenceabilityResponsible for adherence to operational policies and achievement of portfolio performance to support business plans Responsible for solution and pricing of proposals and supporting the sales process Is accountable for managing a profitable revenue stream Typically manages a relatively small number of individual contributing project managers.
Provides oversight to projects within the portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction in a profitable mannerDemonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity Comfortable working in a matrix management environment Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus.

- Should have multiple HCM full lifecycle implementation experience with three end to end cloud implementations or 5+ years of Oracle cloud experience
- Should have exposure from requirement development / definition to functional solution design, implementation, data-migration, system testing, user acceptance testing and go-live
- Functional expertise in various HCM modules
- Good understanding of integrations and solutions in HCM projects.
- Strong business writing skills and verbal communication
- Strong analytical abilities and exposure to quantitative project management, including financials and metrics
- Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements
- Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
