How you will make an impact:
- Review insurance books of clients to ensure quality onboarding of their data to the solutions platform
- Understand the platform and train clients on the same
- Continuous client engagement and query management
- Functional testing of the platform
- Supervising Nat CAT events like hurricanes affecting the client portfolios
- Validation of various analysis on our client portfolios for quality output
- Invoicing and reconciliation
Working with committed and dedicated individuals in a team seeking to achieve excellent customer happiness by constantly listening to their feedbacks/challenges and working with the teams within the location and globally to bridge the gaps in the solution You would also be required to bring your thinking hat to work which needs to be passionate about process simplification What you will need to succeed:
- Bachelor degree in computer science/engineering/math or similar
- Two to three years of work experience in operations
- Insurance/reinsurance knowledge is added advantage but not required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills as well as a desire to work closely with business leaders
- Proficient knowledge on Microsoft products - Excel, Access, and Power BI
- Continuous improvement approach
- Passion to learn continuously and proactively
