Job Description:
Employee hired on this position will be responsible for analytics, scheduling of resources and forecasting utilization
Action daily scheduling for Consulting employees
Provide regular communication to Experience (Resource) Management (EM) leadership regarding EM activities, report any issues
Coordinates with IT, Recruitment and L&D team in supporting the on-boarding process
Identify over and under-utilized personnel, be proactive in identifying additional resources to bring utilization in line with their peers
Daily close cooperation with multiple managers and other leaders to complete scheduling assignments
Qualification:
Strong analytical skills – detail oriented
Efficiency and precision on daily working
Very good English communication skills, both oral and written
Strong client service focus – responsive to requests maintains a sense of urgency in resolving issues
Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the scheduling tools and other Microsoft applications.
