The PositionJob description:

• Program management experience to work with multiple vendors- and to manage, evaluate and oversee all guardrails to make sure that there is zero error in defined tasks that include planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective actions
• Development, deployment, and lifecycle management of PS strategies and tactics in alignment with organizational and affiliate strategies
• Coordination, deployment and ongoing oversight of PS throughout the organization & streamline vendor management
• To oversee program and portfolio resourcing at vendors to achieve a high CSAT score
• Leveraging best practices, reusing established tools and solutions (CRM in Healthcare), and actively leveraging the network
• Should be able to manage Roche-owned digital platform including a mobile application interface offering a holistic user experience to Doctors and patients
• Budget Allocations, PR/ PO process on SAP, Due Diligence, Follow-up on payments, Extensive Review System, Invoice Reconciliation, Contracting, and onboarding
• Ensure the PS team and service providers are adequately trained on SOPs/guidance documents governing the program & bring better and effective cost and process controls to ensure no slippages
• Ensure periodic audits and compliance across all vendors/service providers
• Ensure timely renewal or appropriate closure of all PS vendor agreements
• Implementation/Adoption of dashboards for ongoing business functions within Access to increase transparency
• Instill collaborative solutions mindset and is willing to co-create

Requirements and skills:

• MBA in Operation is preferred
• Program Management experience is a must
• Prior work experience in PS/healthcare is a must
• At least 8-10 years of experience in a healthcare and operations role
• Location agnostic role
• Willingness to travel (need-based)
