- End to end management of the operational team, including regular individual reviews, training, performance management, absence management and overall adherence to Alight Solutions' policies
- Strong ability to coach, develop action plans, which maximize performance, and provide effective feedback and share business updates as appropriate
- End to end management of the CLIENT and PARTNER relationship, including all escalations
- Accountable for the management of all contractual service components of contract scope, for both CLIENT and PARTNER
- Work in partnership with Account Management to ensure accurate and timely contract revisions
- Manage and identify deviations from the contractually defined standard scope of service including following the defined Change Request process This may include but is not limited to, estimating and implementing changes and ensuring the defective input process is followed.
- Ensures an in-depth knowledge of the contractu2019s Terms and Conditions for both CLIENT and PARTNER agreements for all relevant parties internally
- Ongoing review of the Country Solution Workbook and ensure updates are captured
- Year End management
- Effectively manage and monitor all client SLAs using the appropriate tools to ensure adherence to targets if targets are not being met, root cause and action to be provided to your manager
- Proactively creates and enhances strong internal networking to address challenges and opportunities through the right levels
- Conduct Service Review meetings, ensuring actions and follow ups are timely and accurate
- Conduct Governance calls with PARTNERS to manage the relationship and performance
- Project Management to ensure successful implementation of any new service or processes Provide support and guidance, whilst ensuring automation and standards are utilized
- Ensure service alignment, where contract allows, for the assigned Alight Clients between the Payroll PARTNERS and all applicable Alight teams during the implementation process
- CR signoff during implementation
- Recurring CR review and approval for items during implementation and business as usual
- Accountable for sign-off of smooth Go-Lives, 1 month of Hypercare and conditional go-live actions Lead Hypercare calls to ensure actions are tracked and resolved
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (AD, RSDM, Global SDM, SR, supporting functions) to ensure successful management of the client
- Working with Transformation and Products, in liaison with specialists, to implement automation and innovation
- Liaise with the JL3 (if assigned) or operations team to ensure the service is running as per our SLAs and KPIs
- Support ITCAMs/ADs in ensuring the client is aware of any product enhancements
- Ensure Payroll Legislation updates are discussed in advance during service review meetings and implemented on time and successfully by the PARTNER
- Annual planning reviewed and signed off by PARTNER, CLIENT(s) and JL3/Operations team
- Alight Security Standards are adhered and followed.
Is responsible for sharing the final Security RCA with the CLIENT along with the AD and Alight SDM based on the information created and shared by the Security and Delivery Teams - Accountable that all root cause analysis is accurate and that preventative steps are implemented to limit any reoccurrence
- Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
- Handle all required purchase order management activities per the defined process
- Management of recruiting the correct resource for the team by working with the Recruitment Team
- Manage and monitor timely and accurate time recordings in the time management system
- Keep team informed by conducting effective team meetings
- Communication and engagement of team ensuring that business updates, innovation etc is fully understood by the whole team
- Maintain a professional environment correct behaviours and enforce the use of business etiquetteu200B
- Participates in projects and activities as needed and assigned
- Accountable for operating cost targets, budgets, and forecast, Prepares new fiscal year forecast and monthly review of actuals
- Invoicing, review, challenge and approve PARTNER invoices and to ensure they are aligned with the SOW and that POs are valid and accurate
- Supports the AD in remediation Accounts, by working with the remediation team (when required) and other involved teams and pushing / aligning on the management of the plans driving to an earliest solution
- Owns their Business u2013 have a deep knowledge about their CLIENTs, their results (operational and financial), their internal dynamics, evolution and critical spots to be able then to combine these to Alight's capabilities and uses these to drive better outcomes for our CLIENTs and Alight
- Manage and govern PARTNER relationship and support Commercial discussions and contract review for renewal.
Support the Sales process to ensure scope of service is feasible and highlight any concerns - Ongoing management of CLIENT and PARTNER governance model, internally and externally, including execution
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities
- Build good relationships with all lines of businesses
- Minimum 5 yearsu2019 experience with Payroll and HR operations in CLIENT facing situations
- Experience of team leadership
- Exceptional influencing skills, both internally and externally
- Effective at managing both up and down the organizational chain via communications through to execution
- Change management experience
- Experience of working in a complex matrix structure
- Understanding of delivery models from global delivery centre perspective
- Highly flexible approach to working hours/ travel
