com Location: Infantry Road, Cubbon Park, Bangalore (500m from Cubbon Park metro station / Shivajinagar bus stand) Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing & administration of the client's payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll activities
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll
• Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
• Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.
  
  e, investment declaration, form 16s, Tax returns
• Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
• Ensuring employee benefits including employee reimbursements as per rules and regulation of income tax
• Verification & reconciliation of monthly payroll.
  
  
• Calculation & deposit of monthly liabilities of TDS on salaries
• Preparation & submission of quarterly and annually TDS returns
• Ensure monthly payroll provision to finance Ensuring compliance of PT, PF, ESIC, EPS, LWF etc

Requirement:

• Bachelor's / Master's in finance or accounts
• Proven work experience as payroll executive
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
