Role ProfileRole title: Performance & KPI SpecialisFunction: _VOIS ITBand: G Department: _VOIS IT / Service OperationsReports to: Operations Manager Location: India, PuneRole PurposeKey accountabilities and decision ownershipTrack and monitor the _VOIS IT performance KPIs on an ongoing basis for services delivered by the _VOIS IT team directly or through other party teams as TSSC (Floor Support, IT Service Desk, IT Operations, TE, AO) or external third party- Provide the _VOIS management with regular performance reports- Assess performance trends and propose corrective measures in case of performance deterioration- Lead enhancements to the KPI framework and performance dashboard for all services provided by _VOIS IT organization: Office IT, Operations, Delivery and Transformation, Innovation and Robotics, Network, BCM and Info Security- Support the Head of the _VOIS Operations Management in the design and implementation of a Service Level Agreement concept- Drive the Implementation of KPIs and SLAs- Drive and Implement initiatives driving Service efficiencies and Cost reduction to Support- Develop Performance dashboards enabling optimal utilization of BOTs over the period of time Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:- Highly organized, data driven with very strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Proven ability to aggregate complex data in a clear and consistent manner, experience in generating regular service performance reports for the senior management Knowledge of SQL or QlikView (Good to have)- Experience in defining and implementing KPIs and Scorecards for an IT service organization- Ability to translate business objectives into performance metrics- Knowledge of IT service management processes (eg ITIL)
