Roles and responsibilities: Primary and secondary research to understand Innovator pharma R&D ecosystem using interviews, focus groups, public databases and research tools Create questionnaires for SMEs, stakeholders Design research boundaries and parameters Conduct interviews with SMEs, stakeholders to understand landscape, key trends/drivers, opportunities etc Documentation of research findings, analysis of trends, outputs Discuss findings with team members and collaborate on research Report writing highlighting ecosystem landscape, key trends/drivers, opportunities etc Preferred Skillset: 7-10 years of experience in the Pharma R&D space Good understanding of Innovator drug development R&D processes and Indian pharma R&D ecosystem Good understanding of technology trends in the pharma R&D space Prior experience of market research and analysis will be an added advantage
